What happens next
We ask where the water or damage is, when it started, and roughly how old the roof is. From that we tell you whether it sounds like an emergency, a leak repair, or an inspection, and we give you a window for the visit.
On site you get a diagnosis, photos, and a written price. For small repairs we usually fix it on the same trip. For anything bigger, you have the quote in hand before we schedule the work.
No deposit is required for repairs under $1,000. Larger jobs take a deposit for materials with the balance due when the work is done and you have seen the photos. We take cards, checks, and insurance claim checks with the mortgage company's endorsement handled on our end.
If you are calling about an insurance claim, have your policy's wind and hail deductible handy. It changes the advice we give you on the first call.
